Berth areas

As an essential part of the Port of Hirtshals' service to the fishing fleet, the port has structured and allocated specific port basins and quay areas for berths. The berths follow the plans, which have been formulated by the Port of Hirtshals in cooperation with the affected fishermen's associations. The plans have been made so that any vessel type is ensured the best possible conditions and safety against damages etc.

The berth plan is revised continuously to ensure that the development of the fishing fleet is consistent with the allocation of quay areas.
